Sundance Dawe

Sundance Dawe has been a bass student at Blue Bear on and off for several years. He worked his skills up from a beginning level to the point where he could join our Band Workshop program. He has now played in four different bands at the school. Here's his take on the school:

"What an experience!! I have nothing bad to say about my time at Blue Bear. It takes time, dedication and desire to learn music. That being said, it's fun. It also helps to have non-judgmental instructors and a friendly staff who are all working musicians who can provide real experiences. Private lessons are great, but I must point out the band workshops. This may be the best opportunity to learn what it's like to be in a band without the pressure. A collection of people from all walks of life gather to form a practice band and perform live on stage. Where else can you do that? When the time comes, I believe I will be ready thanks to Blue Bear."
