Customized Music Classes

Have you ever wished that Blue Bear would offer a particular class or program tailored to your interests and situation? Here are two ways your wish could come true.

Each quarter, Blue Bear will solicit ideas for new group classes from its students. We'll then broadcast these ideas through our eNewsletter to see if others are also interested. Several new classes suggested by students, incuding How to Harmonize and Chord Theory, have made it into our schedule. Feel free at anytime to suggest a course. We'll find out if there are other students that share your interest.

If you have a group of three or more interested in studying something, it is quite possible we can line up a teacher and schedule a class just for you. The times available for scheduling such classes are typically 5:30pm or earlier during the week, 8:30 or 9pm during the week, or on Saturdays in the morning or early afternoon. It is sometimes possible for us to teach a Band Workshop tailored to a core group as well.
