Blue Bear's Little Bears Music Program welcomes all children, from 4 months up to 5 years old, to the magnificent world of music. The Little Bears Music Program weaves together an eclectic variety of traditional, folk, world and popular music with storytelling, dance, games and exposure to real musical instruments to create a unique musical experience for each child plus parent/caregiver. Specialized classes are offered for three different age groups as well as mixed age classes, and the level of activity and musical selection will grow along with your child.
Sing your heart out, move to the music and make some noise!
What Little Bears classes are available? (descriptions • schedule)
- Mixed Age Classes:
Mixed Bears (for children 6 mos. to 5 yrs. and their caregivers)
- Age Specific Classes:
Baby Bears (4 mo. to 1 yr. and their caregivers)
Bouncy Bears (1-3 yrs. and their caregivers)
Boogie Bears (3-5 yrs. and their caregivers)
Music & Dance (2-4 yrs. and their caregivers)
 We'll help you and your child find your voice, your groove and your sound! Come learn folk songs, nursery rhymes, children's songs, old spirituals, jazz standards, and of course, your favorite rock 'n' roll hits.
Play drums, shaker eggs, rhythm sticks, triangles, maracas, castanets, tambourines, agogos, wood blocks and more.
